perhaps if there were more staff and these nurses weren't given 50 plus patients to care for, they could actually do their job safely. these nsg home owners collect high fees for these patients to be there and then are so stingy that they refuse to hire more nurses. i think they should face charges, not the overworked nurses who are doing the best they can!
