Unfortunately I came to Golden Living Center for"rehab" after breaking my leg and arm around January 24,2009. The injuries required extensive surgery and I was in great pain. My worst nighmare occurred after coming to this hell hole. I have all the daily and nightly abuse written down that I suffered and I plan on getting a lawyer as soon as possible. I stayed four days and wound up in the ER due to injuries, on my last night there. Golden Living Center is not equipped to handle a seriously injured patient who can speak and complain and divulge their neglect. I feel sorry for the impaired senior residents who can not speak for themselves. They need a guardian angel to watch over them, and while not all the staff is bad, there is only a few who do their job. I know one thing, when it comes time to send the bill out, they are prompt and right on time. They'll be waiting a while for the last 200.00 dollars. If it was up to me they wouldn't get a dime. I hope some of the lawyers, ombudsmen, judges, doctors and nurses will never suffer as I did, but if they ever do I think they would change their tune real fast, after being on the other side of the bed.
