It was bad when I worked there. I witnessed a caregiver abuse a resident. I reported it and guess what…nothing happened.this was a few years ago and maybe new managemnt isnt as bad.hopefully.

I have worked at Elerberry Square for over a year and have never seen anything loke this..we are under new managment and have new administration..I would really like to kniow who your mother is..maybe we need to find out the facts before we say things that are not true..

I think this is the most sick thing anyone could do to these people..and MY Auntie Just MOVED My Mother into this home..It makes me sick…..
